What does vGallery do?

vGallery is a powerful and easy to use software, designed to fulfill multiple tasks related to the activity of an art gallery using one single program. Developed with FileMaker Pro Advanced 11, vGallery has all the benefits of a database while offering an intuitive and friendly interface.

One of strongest points of vGallery is the management of visuals. Three display modes are available: Record, List, Thumbnails. It is also possible to reduce the size of images included in vGallery without using third-party software. Images can be exported to other softwares, sent via e-mail etc. ...

Important!

In vGallery, you can customize print templates (letters, invoices, certificates of authenticity, etc.), by inserting images (your logo and a footer) via User Preferences panel.

You can also choose from many label's formats available in the print window of the Address Book, Works or Events.

However, if you bought vGallery and the default templates do not meet your requirements, we customize it for you at no extra cost.

You need just to send us an e-mail with samples of your documents (letters, invoices, certificates, labels with dimensions) in PDF, Word, Illustrator or InDesign format and you will receive within 5 working days files containing customized templates with installation instructions.
