Features List

Template Viewer can be used in English or French. Both languages are included in the same application. Below is a nonexhaustive list of the software features.

  • Importing local templates
    Manage the templates by importing html, swf, php*, pdf, psd and, in general, all kinds of documents supported by a traditional web browser.
  • Showing remote templates
    The templates can be stored on a local or a remote network.
  • Inserting previews
    A preview image can be inserted for each template. Most popular image file formats are supported: jpeg, png, tiff, bmp, pict, etc.
  • Several display modes
    The templates can be shown in Record, List or Thumbnail Mode and can be sorted in a variety of ways.
  • Exporting data
    It is possible to export the data of the templates in an other format. Tabulated text, XML, Excel, DBF, HTML table, FileMaker Pro format, etc. are supported.
  • Synchronization
    The database can be synchronized from another copy of Template Viewer.
  • Resizing preview images
    The preview images can be resized in the wanted dimensions without leaving Template Viewer (Macintosh only).
  • Creating previews
    Make screen shots of the templates from Template Viewer (Macintosh only). The screen shot image is stored automatically in the database.
* To display correctly the content of a php template, this one must be called from a server supporting the PHP language.
