To install and use vBook 2, you need the following minimum equipment and software:WINDOWS **
- Pentium III 1GHz or higher
- Windows XP Professional, Home Edition (Service Pack 2)
- Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1
- Windows Vista Home, Business or Ultimate Edition
- 512MB of RAM (1204MB for Vista***)
- Graphics card and SVGA screen with 1024 x 768 resolution (or higher)
- Apple QuickTime 7 or higher (http://www.apple.com/fr/quicktime/download)
- Java - Sun Microsystems (http://www.java.com/en)
MACINTOSH **
- Macintosh computer with Intel, PowerPC G5, or PowerPC G4 (867MHz or faster) processor
- Mac OS X (version 10.4.8 or later)
- QuickTime 6.4 or later (included with Mac OS or available at http://www.apple.com/fr/quicktime/download)
- 512MB of RAM
- Graphics card and SVGA screen with 1024 x 768 resolution (or higher)
* Please note that the indicated version constitutes the minimum necessary requirements. vBook can work with every higher version.
** To know about your operating system: under Windows, right-click My computer and select Properties. Then click General (see images below); under Mac OS, click Apple menu on the top left corner of the screen and select About this Mac. The window that appears shows the system version.
