We will answer below the questions you ask most frequently, but also those which existing chapters don't treat.

Using buttons boutons de navigation placed in the bottom of each window or using keyboard shortcuts Cmd + Left arrow or Cmd + Right arrow under Mac Os or Ctrl + Left arrow or Ctrl + Right arrow under Windows.

If you have an image folder on your computer and you did not start yet to create records relating to your works, the faster way to create records for all images is import images folder first, and then complete records (when you import an image folder, a record is automatically created for each image file).

If you have stored images only as reference (see this chapter), you probably moved, relocated or removed them from your computer.

In a database, a record is a group of fields that are relevant to a specific entity. In the Address Book, a record contains information about a single contact such as last name, first name, address, etc. In Works, a record cotains information about an artwork.

It can occur that a record contains other records. In this case, we speak about linked records. In Works module, in addition to record own informations (title, date of creation, edition, etc.) a record contains also other records corresponding to prints (copies). If an artwork is printed in 5 copies, a separate record containing its own information represents each copy.

If you import a large number of images in high definition and if your computer is not recent, it can occur that the execution of certain commands cause slowness in displaying records. To solve this problem, import your images only as reference or reduce their dimensions (see this chapter).
